El Deportivo Fiel venció a Sarmiento 4-3 en penales en la final del Petit del Ascenso, y se clasificó para jugar la Promoción ante Salta Central.
Durante los noventa minutos reglamentarios Violetas y Decanos terminaron igualado sin goles. En la definición por penales el conjunto que dirige Darío Luján fue más eficaz y se quedó con la clasificación a la instancia decisiva por el ascenso.
El próximo fin de semana, ante Salta Central, Fiel buscará hacer historia y ascender a la Primera división de la Liga Catamarqueña.
