Este jueves 4 de mayo se realizará la 1ra etapa de la carrera con una extensión de 184km.
La competencia se pondrá en marcha desde El Rodeo a las 13:07 para recorrer luego la zona de La Puerta y Las Pirquitas sobre Ruta Provincial 1, para ingresar a la Ciudad Capital a las 14 horas aproximadamente.
A las 14.15, está previsto que estén pasando por avenida presidente Castillo y subirán por Avenida Belgrano, giran por avenida Bartolomé Castro, a las 14.20, para luego retomar por Ruta Provincial 4 en subida hasta llegar a El Rodeo a las 15:20 horas aproximadamente y completar así la primera vuelta de carrera.
La segunda vuelta está prevista con el mismo recorrido, para llegar nuevamente a la Ciudad Capital a las 16:30 horas.
Las calles señaladas estarán cortadas en esos horarios y hasta que culmine la etapa para la seguridad de los ciclistas y del público en general que se acerquen a disfrutar de este evento internacional de ciclismo que correrá por territorio catamarqueño hasta el próximo domingo 7 de mayo.
