El Tribunal de Disciplina de la Liga Catamarqueña decidió no hacer lugar a la protesta de Policial contra Ferro de Chumbicha por la mala inclusión de los jugadores Lionel Córdoba, Nelson Paredes y Elías Peralta, y por ello el campeón del Anual se definirá este sábado en la cancha.
A través de una Resolución, el TD explicó que “dichos jugadores estuvieron ENTRADOS en término y la responsabilidad posterior del trámite VERIFICADO que requiere el COMET queda bajo la exclusiva competencia de la Liga Catamarqueña, quedando habilitados para jugar durante el presente torneo”.
El artículo 2, por su parte, confirma “como ganador del encuentro a Ferrocarriles, con el resultado obtenido (1-0)”.
Mientras que el tercer artículo de la Resolución da por finalizada la suspensión provisoria que tenían los tres jugadores en cuestión.
De esta manera, con el dictamen del TD publicado, la definición del campeón del Anual se dará en simultaneo este sábado a partir de las 16:00.
En Chumbicha, Ferro recibirá a Independiente de la 1ro de mayo y un empate le alcanzará para ser campeón.
En el Malvinas Argentinas, Policial se medirá con Vélez con la necesidad de ganar si o si y esperar una derrota de Ferro ante el CAI.
