Un capítulo más en la novela de Vélez-TD Liga Catamarqueña. Luego de las presentaciones judiciales realizadas por el Club Vélez Sarsfield, el Tribunal de Disciplina de la liga otorgó el derecho a defensa a los jugadores y entrenador de Vélez, quienes optaron por realizar un único descargo, y resolvió aplicar las mismas sanciones dictadas en diciembre pasado.
“Al momento de ejercer su defensa los imputados realizan un descargo único y conjunto en el que esgrimen manifestaciones sobrepuestas sin que se pueda precisar con claridad quién la efectúa y sobre cuál situación traída a resolución, incluso puede advertirse manifestaciones que parecieren corresponder a la entidad deportiva a la cual pertenecen”, explica el TD en una parte del considerando.
En el considerando del nuevo fallo el Tribunal también responde a una recusación efectuada por el club, rechazando la misma al sostener que “el presente tribunal está constituido por miembros que no opinaron y resolvieron en la resolución cuya nulidad fuera dispuesta judicialmente”.
Yendo a la Resolución puntual, el Tribunal de Disciplina resolvió lo siguiente:
Art. 1°) RECHAZAR la recusación efectuada por los sumariados al tribunal de disciplina en virtud de los expuesto en los considerandos.
Art. 2°) RECHAZAR los planteos efectuados por los sumariados en relación a la arbitrariedad, desobediencia judicial y falta de notificación de conformidad a lo expresado en los considerandos.
Art. 3°) Dar por finalizado el partido entre Club Defensores del Norte y Club Vélez Sarsfield, otorgando al club Defensores del Norte los tres (3) puntos en disputa de dicho encuentro que finalizó con el resultado Club Defensores del Norte 1 – Vélez Sarsfield 0, atento al exordio precedente.
Art. 4°) Aplicar sanción a los siguientes integrantes del cuerpo técnico y jugadores del Club Vélez Sarsfield:
