El ganador, además de consagrarse campeón, conseguirá el boleto para jugar el Torneo Regional Federal.
Dep. Alijilán llega a esta instancia tras vencer en penales a Independiente El Alto, mientras que Tapso clasificó tras golear a Monte Redondo por 4 a 0.
Hay que recordar que por Catamarca ya están clasificados seis equipos: Coronel Daza y Villa Dolores (Torneo Provincial), Ferro de Chumbicha y Villa Cubas (Liga Catamarqueña), River Unido de Pajonal (Liga de Pomán) y Racing del 250 vv (Liga Belenista).
